Black Women Healing Retreats is looking for reliable and knowledgeable workshop facilitators who can teach workshops. Here is an example of what some of those workshops center on. Topics that fall under the category of healing, spirituality, wellness, and femininity. For example: healing after the death of a loved one, healing intimate relationships, astrology/tarot, therapy for black women, food as medicine, shadow work, healing family trauma, body movement, mental health, all forms of spirituality, Introduction to plant-based lifestyle, luxury skin care, ancestral veneration, fitness, embodying your femininity, women’s empowerment and more.

Videographer / Photographer

Yoga Teachers

Black Women Healing Retreats is looking for yoga and meditation teachers. To teach yoga with Black Women Healing Retreats virtual retreats, you must be a certified yoga teacher. Though we know that certification isn’t something that everyone can obtain for various reasons, we want to ensure that all of our participants receive an array of informative classes of quality that ensure their safety. We do not require you to have a large Instagram following, as we are aware that someone can have 29 followers and be a genius in their field, and someone can have 100k followers and be mediocre. Your following is a benefit, but it is unnecessary, as we prefer quality over quantity any day.

Black Women Healing Retreats has a virtual community and we also host retreats! This application is to teach at one of our retreats and to our virtual membership community via zoom.

If you are interested in teaching more than one workshop, then you must complete a separate application for each workshop.

In the following section, please provide a detailed plan for the organization of your entire workshop. Please be specific about your methods, tools, ideas, and teaching philosophies.

Please Note: As this is a retreat and virtual community for black women we want to make sure everything that we possibly can be rooted in blackness. If you are implementing anything from other cultures that these ideas must align with afro-centric spirituality.
