Black Women Healing Retreats is looking for reliable and knowledgeable workshop facilitators who can teach workshops centered on the categories of healing, spirituality, wellness, and femininity. We are looking for the following kinds of workshops: healing after the death of a loved one, healing intimate relationships, astrology/tarot, therapy for black women, food as medicine, shadow work, healing family trauma, body movement, mental health, Introduction to plant-based lifestyle, luxury skin care, ancestral veneration, fitness, embodying your femininity, women’s empowerment and more.

Videographer / Photographer

Remote Administrative Assistant

Black Women Healing Retreats is looking to hire an administrative assistant for remote work. This is a part-time position to work 3 times a week, 2-3 hours a day. Required to have a functioning up to, speed laptop.

Roles & Duties

● Data Entry

● Answer Emails

● Organize and schedule appointments.

● Plan meetings

● Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.

● Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

● Develop and maintain a filing system.

● Order supplies and research new deals and suppliers

● Maintain contact lists

● Book travel arrangements

● Provide customer support

● Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients

● Tasks may also be given daily and are not limited to the task above. You will assist with various projects.

● You will be required to perform these duties and any other duties we may assign to you with regard to your competence, skills, training, and experience.

Thank you for your interest in teaching a workshop at Black Women Healing Retreats! Be sure to complete both parts of this application. Your application must be filled out on this form, we do not accept applications that are not filled out on this form. Black Women Healing Retreats has a virtual community and we also host retreats! This application is to teach at one of our retreats and to our virtual membership community via zoom. If you are interested in teaching more than one workshop, then you must complete a separate application for each workshop.

Please provide a timetable agenda of the workshop/ women’s circle. Include the time you would want it to begin and end. Fill in the time slot with as much detail as possible. Think of this as a mini lesson plan.

Please Note: As this is a retreat and virtual community for black women we want to make sure everything that we possibly can be rooted in blackness. If you are implementing anything from other cultures that these ideas must align with afro-centric spirituality.
