🌹🌹🌹Tonight, Black Women Healing Retreats will be hosting a Virtual Full Moon Circle. In this circle, you will gather in sisterhood to breathe into, harvest, and feel your emotions. Unprocessed emotions become stagnant energy, which can surface in your body as pain, inflammation, and chronic states. The full moon in Capricorn encourages you to feel your feelings so that they can be processed and you can experience relief, release, and expansion. As you reflect on themes that have come up strongly for you since the beginning of the year, you will have the opportunity to become your own compassionate witness.

🕯️Here are the journal topics we will be centering:

▫️Where have you been feeling helpless?
▫️Where have you felt unseen?
▫️When have you held the belief that you are unlovable?
▫️What childhood stories are you holding onto that no longer serve you?

👉🏾Please bring these items to the full moon circle if they are available to you:

▫️Get cozy someplace, your bed, yoga mat, couch
▫️Small to medium-sized mirror
▫️Journal
▫️Candles or incense
▫️Warm beverage such as cacao or herbal tea
▫️Rose quartz
▫️Rose hips

Please Note: To keep the sacredness of women communing and healing together, you will only be allowed to enter the room with your camera on. 💻

About Divina 🙏🏾🙏🏽🙏🏾
Divina is a spiritual mentor, shaman, and medicine woman living in the mountains of Oaxaca, Mexico. As a messenger of spirit, her soul’s purpose is to be of service to women by authentically sharing her wisdom and healing journey. She is dedicated to reconnecting the divine feminine back to the womb, a sacred process that awakens the Goddess within. Her work inspires women to step into their true life’s purpose, providing a safe space for them to vulnerably unfold their unique gifts.
