Cortney
Mental Health Therapist & Workshop Facilitator
Cortney is a mental health therapist, motivational speaker, and health coach providing therapy to individuals, children, and couples. Cortney is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Health Coach who specializes in Trauma Informed Care, Anger Management, and Group Facilitation. Cortney has a background in addiction, homelessness, chronic illnesses, and adolescent mental health. She is passionate about working with black women to reduce mental health stigmas, breaking generational traumas, and education. Outside of work, Cortney is a wife and avid reader who loves yoga, traveling, reading, and cooking.

Divina
Women's Ceremony Guide, Shaman & Workshop Facilitator
Divina is a spiritual mentor and medicine woman living in Oaxaca, Mexico. As a messenger of spirit, her soul’s purpose is to be of service to women by authentically sharing her wisdom and healing journey. She is dedicated to reconnecting the divine feminine back to the womb, a sacred process that awakens the Goddess within. Her work inspires women to step into their true life’s purpose, providing a safe space for them to vulnerably unfold their unique gifts.
Crystal
Yoga & Meditation Teacher & Shaman
Crystal’s journey into self began at 16 years old when she acquired her first Astrology book. Her life changed from then on. She used her institutional education to help inform her by double majoring in Sociology and Religious Studies and has dedicated her personal time to understanding a more rooted form of spirit. As a Shamanic Priestess, 200HR certified Yoga instructor, and a somatic-trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitator, her passion is transmuting intuitive knowledge for a practical application.
Terese
Family Therapist & Workshop Facilitator
Terese is a Psychotherapist originally from Antigua in the Eastern Caribbean. She has been working in this field for the past 18 years and is currently a practicing Psychotherapist in Central New York, providing Individual and Couple Counseling. Terese holds a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology specializing in Family Counseling from the University of the Southern Caribbean in Trinidad. She is currently a Doctoral Candidate at Syracuse University in Syracuse, NY, where she is pursuing a PhD in Human Development & Family Science. Her research interests include Parental Ethnic-Racial Socialization, Ethnic-Racial Identity, Minority Stress, Africana Studies, Latin American & Caribbean Studies, and Trauma. She is also very passionate about empowering Black Women and advocates for education around femininity and womanhood.
